How much will my order cost to ship?

We have a discounted rate of $9.95 (average UPS small box rate is $11.42), and we offer free shipping for orders that total $29.95 or more. Hitting the magic $29.95 mark on your order saves you almost $10. Oversize and extra heavy items will incur additional freight charges from UPS. Things like fenders, seats, fuel jugs, etc, are light, but have to go in a large box, and UPS will charge an oversize fee for large items like these. If the shipping on your oversize order exceeds $20, we will contact you before shipping. If your order is $29.95 or more (free freight qualified) AND oversize, we will deduct $9.95 from the shipping cost.

How long before my order ships?

KTM World has a huge inventory of KTM parts and a full time Shipping Dept, so most orders received by 3pm weekdays ship the same day. In the event we do not have your part in stock, it is probably already on our daily stock order from KTM and will usually ship 1-3 days later. If something is backordered, we will call you or email you.

I need my order fast. Do you do air freight orders?

If you need your order super fast, we can ship by UPS air, but please be aware this is an expensive option and may only mean 1 or 2 days difference in delivery time since most of our orders ship out the same day we get them. Place your order and select an air freight option, then we will call you with an air freight quote.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. Please see our International Shipping page.

Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?

Existing customers with previous order history may ship to an address other than their billing address. If you are a new customer, our staff will review your order details and may call you for more information.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will get a confirmation email from UPS that has your tracking number. This email goes to the email address you provided.

Can I pick up my order at your Cedartown, GA location?

You may select your freight option as "Pick Up in Store", and we will pull and hold your order for you.

How can I tell if an item is in stock, ready to ship?

Buying Parts and Gear

How can I find parts for my specific KTM?

Our online Parts Finder is easy to use, but if you are unsure about which parts you need, call us.

How can I tell what size apparel I should order?

Most apparel items run true to size, so if you normally wear a medium, we suggest ordering a medium.

I saw an item in the KTM catalog or KTM website, but I can't find it on your website.

Some items are currently unavailable from KTM and may not be on our website. Call us or email parts@ktmworld.com to check on anything you want but cannot find on the KTM World website.

Why doesn't the website photo look exactly the same as my part?

The photos we show online are provided by manufacturer, and sometimes they do not look exactly like the item currently being sold, but this is not typical.

Managing Your Account

I am having trouble logging in to my account. What can I do?

For added security, we do not have access to your login and password information. Please use the Forgot My Password link to have your password emailed to you.

Do you sell or otherwise give out my personal information to anyone?

We never, never, never sell or give out your personal information to anyone.

Orders and Payments

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Call us immediately to change an order. We box and ship orders very quickly.

Do you price match?

We usually discount as much as the manufacturer allows, and we offer discounted freight too, but if you have proof of a legitimate business with a lower total price on exactly the same item, please contact us and we will be happy to see if we can match that price.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For online orders, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

I paid for my order with Paypal. Why haven't I received a confirmation email from KTMworld.com?

When you select PayPal as your payment option, you are taken to the PayPal website to login with your PayPal username and password. After logging into PayPal, you must then pay the amount shown. Until you do this, you have not paid for your order and we cannot ship it. Once paid, you will get confirmation emails for payment and when your order ships.

What should I do if my package is delivered damaged?

This rarely happens, but if it does, you must call UPS right away to report the claim. We will help any way we can to remedy the situation, however UPS will not allow us to place a claim on your behalf. Please save the box and all packing material, as UPS may want to see it.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you take returns?

We want you to be happy with your KTM World purchase, so we will take a return on almost anything that is undamaged, unused, and is still in the original box. Special orders and electrical items may not be returnable. Please call us or email parts@ktmworld.com before sending a return.

How long will it take to process my return?

As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect it and either issue a refund for the item or send you a replacement if that is what you want. Normally this happens within 24 hours.
