Kit Components Include: Crankshaft Assembly: KTM"s has created a high-performance crankshaft assembly by mounting an exclusive extra-light conrod into the standard SXF crankshaft made by race technology specialist PANKL. Ultra-precise machining and high quality steel can stand the raised RPM level and guarantee less vibration and improved reliability. Piston: A special piston pin developed for Formula-1 engines reduces the friction for improved performance and reliability. Valve Spring Set: The KTM Motorsport valve spring set includes weight-reduced and stronger retainers and washer which will stand the raised RPM level. Camshaft Assembly: KTM motorsport developed a perfect racing-approved camshaft combination with optimized camshaft timing for maximum gas flow and higher overall performance. Clutch Assembly: When it comes to the clutch, almost all the factory teams use components made by American clutch specialist Hinson. Machined basket and inner hub, pressure plate and special disc package stand for precise control and maximum reliability. Clutch Cover: A machined clutch cover for added strength and a Factory look. Gearbox: KTM Motorsport"s 3rd/4th sliding gear, as well as 3rd gear are machined from Aubert & Duvall steel for highest precision and reliability. Radiators: The special KTM Factory radiators with enlarged radiation surface for better efficiency includes hoses and radiator protectors. Motorsport CDI: Higher RPM and optimal engine efficiency are controlled by the KTM Motorsport CDI. Gasket Set: Complete gasket kit included. The Factory Engine Kit is sold as 3 components. In order to receive the complete kit, you must also order the Factory Cooler Kit (SXS10450600) found under Cooling/Radiators and the Factory Clutch Kit (SXS10450100) found under Clutch.
