Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Find your parts, add them to the cart, check out, and in before you know it, your KTM parts have arrived.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, and PayPal through our websites' secure checkout. If you are an international customer, you must pay with a USA based credit card or with a confirmed PayPal account.
Once your order is placed we pull pack and ship the same day or the next day, depending on what time of day your order was placed. We will notify you by email or phone of any items that may be on backorder or discontinued by the manufacturer.
Cancellation & REFUND Policy
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we cannot add or delete items from your order. Any additional items needed will have to go on a new order. KTM World has an easy refund policy - just return your unused part in the original packaging for a full refund. Sorry, but like everyone else on the planet, we cannot accept returns on electrical parts.
Pricing Adjustment Policy
Occasionally errors in the catalog and/or pricing may occur. We try to absorb the usual parts price increases we get from KTM, but sometimes a part may have a large price increase not yet reflected on our website. In this event, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Over-sized boxes cost a LOT more to ship, particularly shipping to the west coast. Large or bulky items like fenders, fuel tanks, air boxes, and sub frames don't weigh a lot, but require a large box to ship them. We try to absorb increased freight costs as much as we can, but sometimes it actually costs more to ship an item than the cost of the item in the box. If there is going to be an additional freight charge for an oversize box, we will notify you before processing your order.
Wrong part received:
Any claim for incorrect item must be made within 10 days of receipt of item. Any returned items must adhere to the established return policy.
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts. Please be sure of what you need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification.
At times the OEM supercedes part numbers. A superceded part number is a change by the manufacturer of an existing part number to a new part number. This can mean exclusion or requirement of additional parts for full replacement. Color substitutions may also occur. If a pricing change occurs due to a supercession or manufacturer substitution, we will contact you to confirm the pricing difference.
The estimated delivery date range is displayed during checkout and also on your receipt/confirmation email. We do our best to get your order delivered within the estimated date range, but weekends, holidays, and weather-related delays can affect shipping times.
Missing, Damaged, Or Defective Merchandise:
All claims regarding shorted or shipping-damaged items must be made as soon as possible, and no later than 2 days after recieving your package. Please save all original packaging and related materials for inspection by UPS or USPS personnel. In some cases it may be helpful to have a digital photo of damaged items when contacting us for a damage claim.
To offer the lowest possible shipping cost for items to Canada with faster ship times, we use a variety of shipping providers including USPS, FedEx and UPS. To help reduce or eliminate the secondary shipping costs of brokerage fees, we do our best to select the most cost efficient method. All brokerage, duties, or taxes incurred from the shipment are the customers resposibility.
No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, Emblems, Screws, Washers, Fasteners, Chemicals, and Special Tools.
All accepted returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
All returns must be in new/original packaging and uninstalled condition.
All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization # on box.
Failure to meet any of the listed criteria may result in refusal of returned item.
